anyone want to explain to me how I’m supposed to write a paper about political theory and science fiction in conjunction with feminism, religion and biology using 4 primary sources that have NOTHING to do with each other + 5 secondary articles that have nothing to do with those first 4? and then make it at least 8 pages?
alternately, does anyone know where I can find magic writing gnomes who will do the paper for me?
dilemma of the day: do I want Pine, or do I want a $1 scoop? (actually, I guess that would be a dilemma on Tuesdays only.)

I’ve been seeing this floating around a lot and it’s been bugging me - assuming you’re assigning the value of 1 to any of the words (which would be correct) then Ah to the third power will still only give you one Ah (1 x 1 x 1 = 1). What you actually would want is 3Ah. Also the parentheses in this one are just wacked the fuck out and you need the number of times the chorus appears. So it’s actually:
6(2Rah + 3Ah + 2Roma + Ma + Gaga + Ooh + 2La)
and that’s not counting the ‘want your bad romance’ line.

in which I rant about class
so I’ve been taking this class this semester (actually, make that past tense, the last class was this morning) where we’ve been discussing feminism in science, posthumanism (with a side of feminism) and now science fiction. with more feminism. and I am so, SO done with it. (sadly I have a final paper due on Friday.)
when you start blaming the ‘evil white man and his informatics of domination’, you create a secondary problem based soley on your anger. stop blaming WASP politicians, stop blaming religions that have seen the fall of the Roman Empire and the rise of the Union Jack. if you feel like you have to ‘act up’ as a woman in this country, something is wrong.
we are a society of extremes. make peace with them.
